100 ACTIVISTS STAGE A “DIE-IN” TO SEND A POWERFUL MESSAGE TO WORLD LEADERS TO ELIMINATE VIRAL HEPATITIS

London, 28 July - On World Hepatitis Day, the World Hepatitis Alliance and The Hepatitis C Trust, held the first hepatitis “die-in” at Piccadilly Circus in London to send a powerful message to world leaders that there's no excuse for these deaths and there's no excuse NOT to eliminate viral hepatitis.

The “Die-In” coincided with the launch of NOhep, a global movement to eliminate viral hepatitis by 2030. The movement is calling on people across the world to sign up to the movement and take action to make the elimination of viral hepatitis our next greatest achievement.

Today, the NOhep website was launched as was a 2030: Year in review video, which you can find here.Find out more at the NOhep.org website.
